In order to provide a more sustainable and consistent income for our service team, without raising our prices, we have decided to add a 20% Service Charge to all checks. This is not a gratuity but is intended to replace the traditional tipping structure. We chose 20% as it reflects the lower end of what the vast majority of our guests had opted to leave as gratuity in the past. The entirety of the service charge is paid directly to our service team.
